Can I try it first?

Yes. Book a demo and we’ll show it to you with an event like yours. From there you can start a free 14-day trial, no card needed.

What’s the difference between paying monthly and month-to-month?

Paying monthly spreads a 12-month plan over 12 payments, at the same price as paying up front. Month-to-month costs 20% more and has a 3-month minimum. After the first 3 months you can cancel any month.

What comes with every plan?

The Event Dashboard and Budget Playground, your event files, and connections to Google Drive, Asana and Microsoft Planner. Venue, Timeline, F&B and the Digital Playbook are workflows you add on top.

I run events of different sizes. How is that priced?

Each event is priced by its size. In the builder above, add a row for each size and how many of that size you run, and the total adds them up.

Can I get a plan for my exact events?

Yes. Book a demo and we’ll price a plan around your events and your team. Plans run for 12 months, and you can pay up front or monthly.

Can I add people or workflows later?

Yes. Add them anytime. You pay for them on the events that haven’t happened yet.

What happens when my 12 months are up?

Your plan renews for another 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date.
