Use case: Compare what hotel proposals really cost

Three hotels sent proposals for your 300-person kickoff, and every one lists its costs differently.

Get the costs out of the proposals

  1. Click Budget, then Build.
  2. Click the + button on the right. In the New scenario menu, choose From hotel proposal.
  3. Pick low, medium or high. Aletheia uses that level to fill in any costs the proposals leave out.
  4. Drop in one to three proposals (PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint).
  5. Click Start extraction.

Aletheia finds the rooms each hotel would hold for your group, its food and drink minimum (the least you have to spend), service charges and fees, and shows them together. Compare the key numbers with the proposals themselves before you rely on them. Nothing here changes your current budget.
